Banana Cream Smoothies

I made these a few days ago and I’m still adjusting the formula.

Freeze ahead of time:

1 cup whole milk(add dry milk to make thicker)
4 TBSP brown sugar
Vanilla extract to taste, (2 cap-fulls)
Dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg

Mix well and freeze.
Peal and freeze two bananas, sliced.

When ready, Place frozen milk mixture in blender, Blend to break up in chunks. Use milk to smooth mixture out. Add frozen bananas and keep blending. Use more milk to keep mixture smooth.

At this point you can add crushed ice, more milk or a fresh banana depending on the mixture. Once it’s like soft serve ice cream or like a milkshake, serve at once. Sometimes I’ve added wheat germ for a nutty flavor.

For me it made 2 large servings. I had to break out spoons instead of straws.
